The level two year builds on the foundation of the first year. In the second year you will be given the opportunity to specialise in an area of CYM’s ministry as well as gain nationally recognised qualifications.
engage: the two options for the practical part of the year are:
African Adventure/Primary: get involved in all aspects of our work with African Adventure, work alongside our primary specialist in schools and with our children’s work.
Secondary: working alongside our discipleship specialist you will support our work in schools as well as get involved in all our youth events.
empower: the year is about developing you as a person, in your ministry and as a leader. Not only will you be involved in the discipleship programme of formation but you will have the opportunity to be involved in the ‘growing leaders’ course.
equip: in the second year you will get the opportunity to build on the first year by gaining relevant qualifications in the practical elements of your work as well as theological qualifications.
