Christmas and Easter Specials
The CYM ‘elevate’ team takes Christmas and Easter assemblies in Ipswich primary schools. The assemblies include sketches written by the team, a song and a prayer, to encourage children to think about the Christian message and meaning of Christmas.
In 2010 the Christmas assemblies included puppets arguing over the meaning of Christmas, Kings arguing over what presents to give to Jesus and shepherds bringing back some souvenirs from the stable in Bethlehem.
